I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with extensive experience working in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Florida. My approach is grounded in a mind-body-spirit integration, blending a variety of body-centered techniques to help clients navigate and break free from old patterns. I see my role as a guide, creating a safe, supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to explore challenges and find healing.
My Approach
In my practice, I specialize in relational therapy, understanding that even when working with an individual, the relationships and family dynamics are key to their journey. I work with clients facing a wide range of issues, including infidelity, lack of intimacy, separation, poor communication, parenting or co-parenting struggles, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I am trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), both of which focus on building secure, resilient relationships. I also offer Discernment Counseling for couples seeking clarity about the future of their relationship. Additionally, I’m certified in Gentle Reprocessing, an integrative therapy that combines guided imagery, inner child work, and cognitive therapy to facilitate deep emotional healing.
Whether you are navigating a difficult relationship, managing personal challenges, or seeking growth, I am here to support you on your journey toward greater connection, peace, and fulfillment
